YASKAWA MOTOMAN MH24 industrial robot was built in 2014 in Japan. The machine designed for a wide range of applications, i.e. load handling or machine operation, features an extremely robust arm with 6 axes. In order to optimise even the most intensive production processes, the used low-inertia AC servo motors guarantee the achievement of high speed and precision during workpiece manipulation.
A special safety module equipped with two processors allows adjustment of movements within an optimum range by monitoring the position of the machine and its tool. This function reduces the space required for production equipment by installing safety guards in an area smaller than the range of motion. In the event of an emergency stop, the YASKAWA 6-axis robot stops on the designated path and does not deviate from it when restarted, preventing collisions with nearby objects.
The YASKAWA MOTOMAN MH24 YR-MH00024-A00 robot arm is offered together with the MOTOMAN DX200 controller, which enables the use of extended commands and the creation of advanced motion functions. The total weight of the machine is 268 kg.
