FANUC Arc Mate 100iC robotic welding machine manufactured in 2014, is designed for welding workpieces with even the most complex shapes.

In order to considerably speed up the production process, the robotic welding station is equipped with two FANUC robots, distinguished by repeatability of ± 0.08 mm, fast operation and a robust arm with a long reach. Each robot has 6 axes with reliable FANUC Beta iS 8/3000 servo motors, as well as additional functions such as Touch Sensing (workpiece displacement detection) and Through Arc Seam Tracking (weld seam tracking), thanks to which excellent dynamic performance combined with process reliability is achieved.
Both FANUC welding robots perform simultaneous workpiece machining on a 3-axis manipulator with a load capacity of 450 kg. During the automated welding process, it is extremely important to feed the welding wire dynamically and accurately with very low travel resistance. To achieve this, a LINCOLN ELECTRIC 4R100 wire feeder together with a wire spool cassette is mounted on the robot body to guarantee the user uninterrupted processing with excellent weld quality. The welding torch is cleaned at any point in the programme by the ABICOR BINZEL BRS-CC cleaning station, which injects a special substance inside it to prevent adhesion.
